Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. We only receive confirmation of successful payments from Stripe.

1.4 Technical Data

We may automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type and device information
• Pages visited and features used

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the FieldFix AI service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send important account notifications
• Respond to support requests
• Monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Search history is retained for 90 days. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days except where required by law.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

10. International Users

FieldFix AI is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.
