These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FieldFix AI ("Service"), operated by FieldFix AI LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FieldFix AI is an AI-powered industrial equipment troubleshooting assistant that provides diagnostic guidance for maintenance technicians. The Service covers a wide range of industrial equipment including CNC controllers, robots, PLCs, drives, and other industrial systems.

3. Important Disclaimer — Safety and Liability

FieldFix AI LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, equipment failure, production loss, or other harm resulting from actions taken based on information provided by the Service. You assume full responsibility for any maintenance actions you take.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each account is for individual use only. Sharing account credentials with other users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. We actively monitor for account sharing.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts that share credentials or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides 3 queries per day at no charge. No credit card is required.

5.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Small Team, Team, Plant) are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account page or emailing hello@fieldfix.io. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except as required by law.

5.4 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at hello@fieldfix.io for a full refund.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in excess of normal usage
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Upload harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and AI responses, is owned by FieldFix AI LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIELDFIX AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, EQUIPMENT, OR PRODUCTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FieldFix AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
